The next thing you will want to check is the trem block. but yours are also missing the bushings on more than 1/2 of them which means it is highly unlikely they will hold tune worth a darn. Fender and Squier experimented with a lot of superstrat designs like that back in the late 1980s to early 1990s trying to compete with Ibanez, Jackson, Kramer, etc. I've got an E-serial MIK Squier which is somewhat similar in being rear-loading for the electronics and HSS pickguard-less like that, except it has a different headstock shape and a Floyd Rose.
